Anthony Howcroft

I am entering my 3rd year of a PhD program in Chemistry at Drexel University where my research emphasis is in chemical education. My research focuses on investigating ways in which we can enable students to achieve their highest potential in general chemistry by determining what learning environments can facilitate the optimum learning for students. Ultimately it is my hope to leverage course components, such as homework, lecture, recitation (or discussion sections) to optimize student performance and enable them to learn chemistry to the highest degree possible.
