Dr. Anna Lee Ph.D.

Dr. Anna Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Her research focuses on the impact of structural inequities (i.e., racism, sexism, and discrimination) on the advancement of women of color STEM faculty in the academy. Dr. Lee has over 20 publications including journal articles and book chapters. She is co-director of the Collective Health and Education Equity Research (CHEER) collaborative. She received her B.S. in psychology from Southern University and A&M College, and a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in social psychology from Howard University.
