Dr. Allison A Aldridge

Allison is a Consumer Safety Officer in the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research in the FDA. Her primary role is assessing manufacturing processes and facilities for drug applications. She joined FDA as a chemist in 2011 and spent six years in the Office of Compliance. Prior to FDA, Allison worked as an analytical chemist supporting product development in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. She received her Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is an active member of the American Chemical Society. Allison is a councilor representing the Chemical Society of Washington and was elected to the national Nominations and Elections Committee. She also serves as a career consultant and workshop facilitator.
