Alice I Snelling

Alice Snelling is a junior at the University of Utah working towards a Biochemistry HBS and an International Studies BA with a minor in Chinese. She is President of the ACS student chapter at the University of Utah. She joined the Puri group in Fall 2019 and began working on the identification of quorum sensing signals project in January 2020. Her future goals include attending graduate or medical school after a gap year. She is currently exploring how to combine her interests in chemistry, medicine, and global health into a future career. In her free time, Alice enjoys volunteering, especially science outreach, and exploring the outdoors in Utah through hiking, skiing, and rock climbing.
